Habitat Homeownership Readiness Workshops

Habitat for Humanity Silicon Valley hosts Homeownership Readiness Workshops in areas where Habitat will build in the near future. Sign up for one of the workshops and hear about upcoming Habitat home ownership opportunities. Find out what you need to know to become qualified for when the application process opens. Information is also available for local support agencies to help you qualify with: employment, credit/debit, repair, legal aid, tax filing, immigration services, and other family support.

There currently are no scheduled Readiness Workshops.

Steps to Homeownership

Families are selected prior to breaking ground on construction of the Habitat development. A typical construction timeline for a Habitat home is 18-24 months.
