Committees One of the ways you can help with our work is to serve on a committee. Here are the committees, along with some description of their work: Partnership Committee The mission of the HfHSV Family Partnership Committee is to enable the Habitat Families to be successful homeowners by providing social, economic, psychological and technical support before and during construction and after moving into their new homes.
We are currently looking for volunteers to fill the following positions:
Event Planner This position is responsible for coordinating families and committee members and securing resources for Habitat events which are family-oriented. The primary events are the Annual Dinner & Silent Auction, Family Social, Ground-breakings and dedication ceremonies. Please contact Erin at espaulding@hfhsv.org.
Partnering Coordinator This position is responsible for the ongoing relationship with families who have lived in their Habitat homes for more than one year. Periodic visits to the homes to re-engage the families in Habitat goals and events and to assess the family situation and the condition of the property.
