The six homes on this .5-acre site are located on Cory Drive and San Luis Way near Butterfield Road and E. Dunne Avenue. Our goal is to maintain and exceed the level of sustainable features of our recent projects in San Jose and Santa Clara. This is our first parternship with the City of Morgan Hill to bring Habitat homes to the community.
Construction on the six homes began in November of 2009 and was completed in July of 2011.
We want to give a special thanks to: The City of Morgan Hill, which has provided funds to acquire and develop the site; The California Department of Housing and Community Development’s CalHome program, for awarding a grant to help cover infrastructure costs; The Federal Home Loan Bank, and The Valley Foundation.
